1.  Agreement – In considerations of Luxury Lotus LLC, we are not in any way a medical or pharmaceutical company. Our products are not intended to cure any medical condition. We advised customers to consult with your doctor before using our products. The products on this website are not FDA approved. All ingredients are listed under each of our products at www.luxurylotusllc.com. We are not legally liable for any reaction from our products and/or otherwise. "We" and "our" refers to Luxury Lotus LLC. "You" and "your" refers to the customer. By accepting these "Terms and Conditions" you, the customer, agree to these "Terms and Conditions" set forth by Luxury Lotus LLC.

2. Payment – Payment is due at time of purchase. All purchases are made through a secure website. No credit card and/or debit card information is stored unless done by customer using “My Wallet” feature. Pending charges and/or authorization holds may take 3-5 business days to settle once order is confirmed as shipped depending on your financial institution. We are not responsible for any fees. U.S. currency only.  Agreeing to these "Terms and Conditions" this authorizes Luxury Lotus LLC to process payments via credit/debit card for purchases made on www.luxurylotusllc.com.

3. Disclaimer of warranties/guarantees – We do not provide any warranties or guarantees on our our skin and lip balms due to variations in the skin. Shelf life is listed for each healing balm at www.luxurylotusllc.com.

4. Notice of damage/defect – Customers should inspect product for any damages or defects. Defective or damaged product will not be accepted for return and/or refund 48 hours after delivery. Please refer to Shipping/Return policy for additional information.
